We assure you that you will be satisfied with all the plans of actions of Beauty Art.If you receive a damaged or defective item, wrong product, we will quickly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional fees for replacement in this regard.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Beauty Art will arrange for a replacement if you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product on the basis of the following conditions:
- If you order a wrong product by mistake, we will exchange it upon payment of returning and resending costs. However, arrangement of this special exchange depends on the type of the product and risk involved in the exchange process and also on Management discretion.
- Inform our “Customer Relationship Management” team as early as possible along with a picture/ video proof if you find any defects after opening the box.
- Our CRM team upon consultation with the management will change/ replace the product or adjust the payment. The complaint will be valid for 3 days from the day you have received the product.
- Products you have purchased once will not be exchanged or returned if you change you purchase decision/ mind, and/ or do not like the smell, texture, color, design of/ or the product.
- Product Packaging Box (where applicable) and original Invoice from Beauty Art must be returned along with the product.
- The Return Policy will not be valid after the seal is broken or if the product does not suit you.
- Please consult with our female Consultants for sizes/ measurements for any lingerie items. However, if you face any kind of issue and purchase without consultation, please call our CRM team for assistance.
- Bottoms (panty) of the Lingerie line will not be exchanged or returned if trialed or not.
- We will not consider used, swatched or liquid, semi-liquid products for exchange.
OUR REFUND POLICY
If conditions applied, our Customer Service Team will arrange for pick-up of the product from the address you provided without any added delivery charges. If you live outside Dhaka, please send your product by Sundarban Courier Service. We will refund your courier charge if your return claim is verified.
If we find out that your claim is not authentic regarding the product, then you have to accept the same product and have to bear the return and resending expenses. We will not consider used, swatched or liquid, semi-liquid products for refund.
