This solution without water contains 0.2% pure Retinol, an ingredient that can reduce the appearance of fine lines, photodamage, and general skin deterioration. Although Retinol has been exhaustively studied, it is irritating to the skin, and there are newer technologies that mimic its visible effects without causing skin irritation. In lieu of this formula, The Ordinary typically suggests Granactive Retinoid 2% or Granactive Retinoid 5%.

Detailed Instructions
Apply a tiny amount to the face in the evening, after water serums but before heavier treatments, as part of your skincare routine. Do not combine with other retinoid therapies. Avoid unprotected exposure to the sun. Place in a cold, dry location.
Squalane, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Retinol, Solanum Lycopersicum (Tomato) Fruit Extract, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, and BHT are the active ingredients.
